The spacious apartment is in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops, swimming pool, golf course and mountain railway/lifts (in winter: ski in - ski out) are easily accessible. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

It is quietly located at 1000 m above sea level at the edge of the forest, and yet you are in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area in 20 minutes. Starting point for hikes, mountain bike tours, and 5 minutes from the ski slope. Parking is available. The farm is home to alpacas and two cats.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and an additional 160 x 200 bed. In the living room there is the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed for 1 person. The 3 floors of the apartment are reached by a spiral staircase.
