The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our apartment Bergblick invites you to linger and feel good. Vacation in the middle of the mountains overlooking Itter Castle. Surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes by car to the entrance to the Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Kitzbühler Alps / Ellmi's Magic World ski resort and much more, perfect for the whole family. KaiserInn

The KaiserInn is located between the Kaiser Mountains (10 minutes on foot) and the Inn River. It is the perfect starting point for mountain hikes, walks to the old town, the Kaiserlift, and more. In winter, there are shuttle services to ski resorts. The apartment offers cozy comfort: dining on the balcony or in the garden. Relax with a nap in the hammock, barbecue while the kids play in the sandbox? Height-adjustable workspace, or a Netflix movie when the weather is bad? Go ahead!

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. The 60 m² apartment with high-quality amenities is very centrally located and is at ground level with private access. The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen-living room with sofa bed is separated. We are happy to accommodate your wishes and decorate for romantic occasions, birthdays or surprises for your loved ones.

cosy flat with view to the "Skiwelt Hartkaiser". The bright flat is located on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, livingroom with small kitchen, bath with bathtup and a balcony. Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Alpenwald

The sun shines in from all sides of the window. The apartment is warm, cozy and stylish. All rooms provide plenty of space for rest. The bathroom is a private spa, on the balcony you are already sitting in the middle of the alpine recreation area. Why the title Alpine Forest? The Kitzbühel Alps are outside and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine - the table, the bed, everything handmade.
