Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kufstein District

Who has a sound stay with a large group, we were warmly welcomed, and had very good communication throughout. The hotel is absolutely new, the kitchen was fantastically furnished, and it was very clean! The SPA totally convinced us, we would definitely come back!

Maria's place was very nice. We met Maria and she was very nice as well. Good location for skiing. I would definitely stay there again!

We have had a nice time. Very friendly people, always in for a chat and very enthusiastic. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and in the description. also the kitchen was well equipped.

Great hosts, friendly and helpful, apartment equipped with everything you need. Also toys for the children (almost 1 year and 4 years) for the smallest was also everything there (travel cot, high chair, changing mat, diaper pail, etc.) Great location and some mountain railways nearby. Hiking trails and refreshments everywhere. We can only recommend the apartment.

It was a really great place to stay and the hosts were very kind and helpful. A great location for hikes of various severity. We were able to switch off here for a few days with the beautiful view and you didn't have to move the car at all, as there is a small supermarket nearby. There is also a bus stop right outside the door and so you can also get to the nearby lifts to get to the mountain. The house and amenities were also very great and we thank Anton and Eva 🤗

We stayed with two children for 10 days in the apartment and enjoyed it immensely! The view is phenomenal and gives a sense of freedom. Pleasant bedrooms and fantastic facilities with the pool. The contact with Jessica was very pleasant and relaxed.

Extremely enjoyable stay at Katharina's who is an outstanding host. First of all Katharina (who speaks very well French) was kind enough to upgrade us as soon as we arrived. Then the apartment (2) and the place as a whole are in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Everything is new or in excellent condition and very functional. If so, Katharina will come on a daily basis to make sure nothing is missing. The views are superb too. In conclusion, I highly recommend this accommodation that will meet all your expectations (even better). And again Thanks to Katharina for her wonderful welcome.

Immaculate apartment in a quiet but convenient location. Amazing views from every room.. Facilities were modern and to a very high specification. Hosts were available at reception daily. If you’re looking for a touch of luxury in the mountains at the edge of a pretty, tranquil village, I can highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

We felt super comfortable in this beautiful holiday home. All rooms were modern and clean and as described in the listing. We especially loved the e-bikes whose use was included in the price. Upon arrival in the apartment, we already found activities suggestions, hiking bike tour maps, so we could start directly planning our activities. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our group of 12 people and offered more than enough space for everyone. The location is a real highlight - the mountain scenery is amazing, and the quiet, secluded location allowed us to have a relaxed stay without worrying about neighbors. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking together a real pleasure. A special highlight was definitely the sauna, which provided relaxation after active days.
