It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
