It was just great at Helga & Johann's! I'm super happy to have chosen their accommodation. The two are super warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable right away! The accommodation is unbeatable in terms of value for money. Even if there is no kitchen, a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and toaster are available, so you can always make a snack. You have an adjacent bathroom and a short hallway leads to your own toilet. The area is beautiful and Helga and Johann help with great pleasure in planning the excursions and always have good ideas and tips ready. If you want to be very well accommodated in a beautiful area at a great price, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Thank you for the wonderful time! It was perfect!

Very nice house with 4 bedrooms (1 with single beds). Everything is new and sparkling clean. Friendly host! Downtown Kirchberg yet quiet and close to the slopes.

Very nice, new basement apartment located about 3 minutes walk to the lift of the Astbergbahn. Large windows that significantly improve the location in the basement, underfloor heating, well-equipped kitchen and even private ski cellar with ski boot dryer. Comfortable beds and cozy bedding. So we liked it very much, because you can feel really comfortable. The pictures correspond absolutely to reality and the communication overall was very, very friendly.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

The chalet was a very great choice for our holiday in Tyrol. The space is in a great location and super organized. The elevator is within easy walking distance (convenient) and has been actively used. Often we were able to enjoy the view of Tyrol from above. Simply impressive. Personally, I value a modern accommodation and easy handling, which was really easy and quick with Thomas. With tips and help regarding activities in the region, the Gatsgeber was always available and more than willing to provide them. The view of the mountains from the property was the highlight when getting up in the morning. The welcome breakfast surprised us very much and I have never before experienced it. Bun service from the local bakery included! Real love for detail :) Highly recommended for Tyrol lovers or Tyroleans.

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. My husband and I stayed for less than 2 weeks in July and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and gave us the key upon arrival and showed and explained everything (e.g. TV, garbage separation,...). The apartment is large and cozy, clean and very well appointed. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery (not in many accommodations), a large fridge and even a dishwasher. The Italian coffee machine was also great, the capsules for it were also provided by the landlord. Two good restaurants are within walking distance (each 10 min away), everything else is very accessible by car in a short time. Shopping facilities such as Hofer and Spar (the spar in the neighboring village is even open on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm). We spent the holidays versatile, were hiking, swimming (in the village of Stumm there is a great outdoor swimming pool), golfing (including a great place in Pertisau), on a city tour,...

Could have been a little cheaper the property but looking forward to a great experience with family in the valley.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Monika’s beautiful home. Monika was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The home was in a wonderful location to town, with many activities for us to do. Our children loved the backyard with the playground and we enjoyed many nights eating dinner on balcony. Cannot recommend this beautiful home and location enough!

We had a very pleasant stay in Heinz's apartment. The location is perfect. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful hiking trails as well as a good connection to the train (free of charge with the Brixental guest card). Heinz is a very friendly and helpful host who supported us with many useful recommendations. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the photos: clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We can only recommend the stay and thank Heinz again. We will be happy to come back! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable. It is close to the shops and ski lift. Andreas was really helpful and hospitable.

Haus Kogler is picturesquely located on the slope of the Little Salve. The ski lift (Salvistabahn) is about 10 min walk from the property. It is a good idea to store skis, snowboard and shoes in Intersport directly under the Salvista railway in a lockbox, so you can relax the footpath. Jill and her husband are very friendly, casual and have good recommendations for the area ready. House Kogler can accommodate up to 5 people; for three people or a small family it is perfect. Nearby are good restaurants (Gasthaus Rössel, Auf da Mühle, schoolhouse) as well as opportunities for spa (Franzlhof). Thank you for your hospitality!

Extremely enjoyable stay at Katharina's who is an outstanding host. First of all Katharina (who speaks very well French) was kind enough to upgrade us as soon as we arrived. Then the apartment (2) and the place as a whole are in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Everything is new or in excellent condition and very functional. If so, Katharina will come on a daily basis to make sure nothing is missing. The views are superb too. In conclusion, I highly recommend this accommodation that will meet all your expectations (even better). And again Thanks to Katharina for her wonderful welcome.

We had a wonderful stay in Fügen. The house was comfortable, clean and very cozy. The host family was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to all local attractions. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Madlen was very flexible with check-in after our long drive. During our stay she was easy to reach if you needed something. Good parking in front of the house. A small "forrest" close by to walk the dog was very convenient. If you want to take the free skibus in the area you need to walk 4-500 meters from the house to the nearest stop. Great skiarea and really nice village with great atmosphere.

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

Florian is a very nice and respected host he gave us a clear instructions of the apartment, the apartment is as described has alot of privacy.

Super location, just off the slopes. A red small slope leads to the elevator in Ellmau. A ski bus stops at the property. Within walking distance you can reach the HexBar for the Apres Ski Day. The apartment is very comfortably furnished.
