We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Heubett, Wellnessraum mit Fitnessgeräten, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. The cozy apartment in traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and covers a spacious 81 m2. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Our Köcken farm is in a quiet location, just minutes from the village center. Here you can enjoy a great view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing and restful days surrounded by nature. With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Welcome to the Kronbichler apartment! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Oberndorf in Ebbs. The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
