The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip

Kastnhäusl Wildschönau - rustic hut with mountain views

High up in the Wildschönau away from the hustle and bustle is our rustic Kastnhäusl at almost 1100 m. Completely renovated inside, up to 5 people can stay with us in the cottage on approx. 70 square meters, cook or barbecue together and in the evening sit comfortably by the stove or enjoy the best view on the large sun terrace.
