Great place and nice apartment.

Very nice place, with Mountain Views and just a 5 min walk from the ski lifts, the place was clean and well equipped. Michaela was very responsive and helpful since the beginning. I would definitely recommend it

The apartment was great - we were completely satisfied. Particularly pleasant was the fast, friendly and helpful communication with the host. Particularly positive are also the many leisure options, and that there is a very tasty cafe and restaurant at home.

We had an absolutely amazing week at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described—comfortable, cozy, and felt just like home. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the biggest highlights was the location—relatively close to the ski lift, making it super convenient for our daily adventures. We honestly feel like we were incredibly lucky to find this gem. It made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the mountains.

We had a great family ski vacation at Markus and Sandra's place! The location directly on the slopes is unbeatable, with beautiful views of Kirchberg. The apartment was clean, well equipped and cozy. Particularly noteworthy are the warm and helpful hosts.

Exactly as the pictures, nice place that is really close to ski lifts, gas stations and supermarkets. The owner is nice, flexible, friendly and eager to help. We would definitely go back!!

We spent a really nice week in Andrea's apartment. It's clean, warm in winter days, the kitchen is well equipped. You can leave your skis and boots in the basement. There's a convenient parking place at the back of the house. You just need to be aware that your room can be visited by the hosts when you're away (for example some garbage has been taken away, a new blanket put on a bed etc) and we haven't been informed about that beforehand. It was okay with us eventually but little bit odd, not something we've been used to with Airbnb apartments so far.

We spent eight magical nights at this stunning chalet which is beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after long days on the slopes. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind, and the sauna was an amazing addition that made our stay even more special. While the chalet is a 25m drive from the main ski station, the location is absolutely worth it—offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, essential amenities are conveniently close by. Our wonderful host Kurt went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We appreciated the mid-week cleaning service and the overall attentiveness that made our trip seamless. One thing to note: Kurt requires a deposit to be paid in cash, but he is incredibly reasonable, and we had no issues—just something to keep in mind when planning your trip.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Very comfortable apartment right in the centre of Alpbach. Well equipped, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Very short walk to skibus. All in all a very good apartment for a skiing holiday.

We felt super comfortable in this beautiful holiday home. All rooms were modern and clean and as described in the listing. We especially loved the e-bikes whose use was included in the price. Upon arrival in the apartment, we already found activities suggestions, hiking bike tour maps, so we could start directly planning our activities. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

In one word a beautiful stay!

The apartment was lovely and really clean. We all felt right at home. The furnishings of the apartment are also remarkable, from games, shower gel to separate blankets, everything was there.

We stayed with our family for a week and felt very comfortable. For six adults and two children, Alpenfriede offers a great starting point for the great Tyrolean surroundings and Lake Achensee. We would book the accommodation again at any time and thank Karien and her family for the wonderful time that their apartment made possible for us.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

We had a great stay at Marlies' place! The house is modern, high-quality furnished and lies in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with lots of wood, the large window fronts with views of the countryside and the well thought-out furnishings – including a Cremesso capsule machine that makes the morning coffee perfect. Check-in via the key box was straightforward, and communication with Marlies was smooth and very friendly. Everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, and there was nothing missing. The place is ideally located – quiet yet close to Fügen and other excursion destinations in the Zillertal. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you, Marlies, for the great hospitality!
