Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. A car can be parked directly in front of the property. On the day of arrival, please call 20 minutes before arrival to hand over the keys.
