This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor in a former warehouse right on the Stadtgraben Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min , train station about 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a kindergarten, upstairs apartments, an office and a movement room (occasionally classes in the evening). At night it gets very quiet because the house is not located on a street.

The granny apartment (70 square meters) is on the upper floor of our single-family home. The house is a North German brick house with red bricks. I live on the ground floor with my family. It's a "pipe-stem property", which means it's a little back, so not on the road. Therefore, it is idyllically quiet here. NEW: Tourist taxes are included in my price. You don't have to pay extra for it.
