The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

This comfortable and welcoming 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, 4 smart TVs with streaming services (Sky) and Netflix, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

The apartment is on the first floor of Birgit's single-family home. It is conveniently located, suitable for up to 4 people from 6 years of age and is fully equipped. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.
