Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 m to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week's stay. Cleaning is not included!

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Here you live in quiet neighborhoods with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and also several swimming areas, all within a 2-10 minute walk. In summer, the bicycle ferry to Öland is also just around the corner. The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have access to a cozy courtyard, with patio and access to a barbecue. If you are looking for accommodation for IRONMAN, this accommodation is perfect!

Cozy log cabin with proximity to the jetty about 300 meters from the cabin and nice hiking trails nearby. Large garden with barbecue facilities and terrace. About a 20-minute walk to a large campground, white sand with a large playground, sandy beach, outdoor gym and kiosk/street kitchen (summer time) The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a new sofa bed (140 cm) purchased in 2025. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, among other things.

Fresh and newly-renovated cottage in idyllic Öjkroken, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and nightlife in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway, which is part of the Ölandsleden (nice walking and cycling path). Air conditioning at an extra cost of 50 per day 1500 sqm large plot with swings, trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Iron Man Kalmar The apartment is highly appreciated by previous participants since it’s located just 3 km away from the starting point of Iron Man Kalmar. For you who aren’t participating in the race, the location is even better. It’s just a couple of hundred meters from both the cycle course where the triathletes pass two times (1 lap, both directions) and the running course where the triathletes pass six times (3 laps, both directions).

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
