Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. Use of a canoe and a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km to Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. At the E22 pattern ridge you also have a golf course and a candy factory. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500sqm with the owner and enjoy the view.
