House vacation rentals in Kalmar

Fantastic house for our large family, from children to grandchildren. The heated pool was a success. Fresh accommodation that we highly recommend.

Very cozy house and fun with such a connected and modern house. We had some trouble getting the dishwasher and washing machine started as there was an electric switch for the water for both. We had missed that you should wash all the linens and run them in the dryer. Since we were 7 people, we had to do 3 washes on Sunday until 12 pm and it is a little tight with time to manage if you do not want to get up early. Good to know if you're booking. Otherwise, a very nice house but nice social areas. Kevin was very responsive and always responded promptly to questions.

Emelie's place was a great value for money. Very spacious living room, a very well equipped kitchen and a really nice welcome drink for us. Location was great at well. Thank you!

We spent a few nights here and it was the perfect oasis away from city life. The aesthetics felt like walking into a well curated design magazine but with the comfort and coziness of a peaceful escape. Christin’s place had all the amenities we needed and had a great amount of local recommendations, and she was super responsive when we had questions. Would stay again!

Pierre is a very friendly and helpful host, attentive to our needs and responsive to our queries. His place is clean, beautiful and conveniently located. We visited Kalmar with a group of 7 and had a wonderful time, with a place to call home during our stay. I would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you Pierre!

Great accommodation where we spent a weekend on beautiful Öland. The accommodation was perfect and the large outdoor social areas were great for our large group of three families. The kids loved to bathe and cuddle with the cuddly cats. Everything was there as we needed and we are very happy with our stay. Good and clear instructions on how things worked and what we needed to think about. We would be glad to come back!

A truly royal country home, better not found! A wonderful combination of old and very modern. That we then once again had incredible luck with the weather improved our stay even more, if that's possible!? The accommodation is very idyllic and is very nice. From the first moment, you can unwind and enjoy nature. Furthermore, the house offers everything you need to recover well. Small towns can be easily reached by car.

We highly recommend spending a holiday with Johnny and Lena. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed it very much overall. The bikes were in pristine condition and we found great tips for the area in a warm folder. It was also a pleasure to chat with the hosts. Glad to come back! :)

We had a great time staying at Marion's cozy house. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Within walking distance is a middle sized supermarket, the beach is not that far away and you can make a trip to Kalmar and Öland with your car. The communication with Marion was easy and friendly. :) Although it did not bother us, a little hint for those of you who get bothered by brightness in their sleeping room: There are no real curtains or blinds for the windows.

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

Very nice house that had all you need for a great stay on Öland. Cozy area near the sea. Alexander was very nice and helpful and came with great tips. Very easy to deal with. The decor of the house was simple in a positive way, everything you needed but not so much personal things that you needed to keep in mind.

Wonderful stay and incredibly affordable accommodation in fairytale nature. Our host Jan was fantastically helpful and friendly. Extra bonus was access to washing machine. Would love to come back.

A beautiful house. A great interior with a lot of taste. A loving welcome with fresh flowers and homemade honey. It had everything you could need and much more. There was nothing missing. We are delighted to have been guests in this beautiful house.

We had a great time in Kalmar and part of the success was the cosy house we stayed in. Centrally located, it was still quiet and very "homey". The house has got everything you need, the kitchen is very well-equipped and so are all the other facilities. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. We were three teachers on a work trip and thought the room design was perfect for our purpose. I would come back any time, also with my family!

Cozy house with a large garden and even more tranquility! Very homely and well equipped. Also in the garden several seating and lounging options. Very quiet neighborhood and close to nature. However, this is also a little off the shot. Great view of the bay, unfortunately no direct access to the water. Absolute recommendation for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

This is a fantastic place for anyone looking to explore Kalmar or visit family & friends. Perfect location, quiet and secure, a really comfortable lounge and a great little kitchen with everything we needed. Bedroom was decent size with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was ideal and the shower was very powerful! Gunilla was easy to communicate with and always friendly. We definitely recommend this place!

I love Kalmar and if you want a place where you can walk to city centre in 15 minutes this is it. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood just 3 minutes by foot to the water front walkway. This walkway will take you along beaches which eventually leads you to the famous castle and then to the edge of town.

We spent 3 days and the place is unbeatable, the house is spectacular in location, tranquility, neighbors, views... the perfect house, in fact we will definitely come back. We will definitely be back to this house
