A nice little apartment that is perfectly located for discovering Kalmar. 10 minutes walk to Kalmar Castle, central station and Kalmarsundsparkens bad, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping both in the city and at the shopping center Giraffen. Take the bike ferry over to Öland. You can rent a bicycle from us. You have your own kitchen and a fresh bathroom. Bed linens and towels are available for rent at an extra charge. There is elevator in the house and a laundry room but two washing machines, tumble dryer and drying cabinet.
