Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

Cabin of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL CABIN. But with stunning views right by a beach! The cottage is part of a cottage area, so that means the neighboring cottage is close. See pictures. 2020 new beds, wardrobe and sink. 2022 painted room/kitchen area + a new, fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, it is possible to shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice swimming, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Here you get to stay in the Apple Room on our private property. Fantastic location overlooking Kalmarsund. You are 120 meters from Kalmar's most popular swimming area with a 180-meter-long swimming jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right in between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Only 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle avenue. There are two bicycles that can be rented for a small fee.

Here you live in quiet neighborhoods with proximity to restaurants, pubs, attractions and also several swimming areas, all within a 2-10 minute walk. In summer, the bicycle ferry to Öland is also just around the corner. The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You have access to a cozy courtyard, with patio and access to a barbecue. Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic, about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
