Nice modern apartment 50 m from Sandvik harbor

Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a newly-built apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is located behind Sandviks Hamnkrog, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer there are restaurants, cafés and ICA Close to everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you take our bikes for your own secluded place. Öland offers many excursions for those who want to explore the island. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening at the patio.

A balcony space is featured with white, metal outdoor chairs and a small side table. A patterned area rug adds texture to the wooden flooring. The view includes trees and surrounding structures, contributing to a serene outdoor experience.

Condominium at Strand Hotell Borgholm. 35m ². One bed, 180 cm. Can fit two extra mattresses on the floor that the guest brings if needed. Balcony. Bathroom with shower. Pool with sauna in the house. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. Note the pool is open Mon-Fred 08-16, until 8/12, then it's closed and reopens on 3/28 -24. Then open all days 08-22. Please note that it is a 180 cm bed with an entire mattress, as you can see in the picture!

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters (heated from May 15 to September 15) Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

It is an open floor plan at the top of a villa that is rented out. Separate apartment door that separates the other floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped - everything is from its own washing machine to cheese razor! There is a double bed and also a sofa bed (space for two) that can be extended. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by foot from the central station of Kalmar and 10 minutes walk to the sea.

Top apartment at Kvarnholmen, central Kalmar

Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during the Ironman, this is the right place!

Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar sund, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area yet central and close to everything that Kalmar has to offer! It includes a parking space on its own property. It's no coincidence that Kalmar is postponed to Sweden's summer city! Small patio in nice setting.

Apartment is located in the animal meadow and is of 35 sqm. It is fully furnished, Wi-Fi and washing machine, 140 cm bed and sofa bed.
