Very responsive between apartments! Owner's apartment at Strand Hotell Borgholm. 35 sqm. One bed, 180 cm. Can accommodate two extra mattresses on the floor that the guest can bring if needed. Balcony, which is shared. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. NOTE: The pool is open Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm, until 12/8, then it is closed and opens again on 3/28/24. Then open every day 8 am - 10 pm. Please note that it is a 180 cm bed with a full mattress, as you can see in the picture!

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. HDTV, Apple TV for streaming. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.
