5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Kristie’s location was perfect! We needed something quick and budget friendly and we came across this cute little cozy home. Our first time staying in a tiny house and it was just enough for what we needed. It was very clean and inviting. Amenities that were listed were available. VERY PRIVATE! We didn’t mind the traffic sounds at night, it was quite peaceful! 10/10 RECOMMEND!💕

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

Great location—just a few minutes from the beach! The condo was comfortable with strong A/C, good water pressure, reliable internet, and ceiling fans with remotes, which was a nice touch. I loved having a washer and dryer with detergent being provided. The beach stuff left behind by previous guests is near the outdoor shower. Bring beach towels, none are provided. The window above the bed doesn’t have curtains, so bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light in the morning. There are six spots for four units, and while I only had to park down the street once, it would be nice to have one dedicated spot per unit and two overflow spaces. The host was responsive and helpful—I didn’t receive the check-in instructions initially, but they responded quickly even after 10 PM. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Loved the place everything you need is there very comfortable beds big TVs thought that was a balcony to sit on more like a hallway other than that everything was five stars but the inside makes us up for it so it was a wonderful place! Will stay again!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
