This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Longvue is an Old Florida house set on private Medicis island in the Intracoastal Waterway surrounded by the Guana/Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73,000 acres) and Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acres). Private floating dock with tidal access to the IWC. Very private island with 6 residences. The 10 acre island is surrounded by rivers, marsh flats and fresh water ponds. Boat/Kayak to the National Reserve and walk the trails to S. Ponte Vedra Beach.

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!
