Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Ocean front one level. Large backyard on the beach

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
