The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep four people. The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air, relax and unwind.

The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

Per county regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 yrs of age or under. *A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize reservation. *Ordinances state we must rent to families.
