Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jacksonville

This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

Lauren was an excellent host. Place was exactly what we needed. Definitely will be staying again when we visit Jacksonville it’s 2 mins away from my in-laws.

1000/10 Recommend ! This has been the best air we’ve been to , The house was better than the pictures , the pool was very big , house was very clean and equipped with everything you need . This exceeded my expectations

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! We loved just the peace and quiet. We had a great time not only when we were out but just relaxing at the house. We were just so in love with everything. We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

Just finished up a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms Estate! We are a very busy family of 5 and enjoyed some much needed downtime together in an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful setting! We loved unwinding at the pool, taking advantage of the home gym each morning and also making dinner together in the beautiful (well-stocked) kitchen while relaxing at night. Cassandra was extremely responsive with any questions we had! Would love to get back to visit at some point again very soon!

Edwards place was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is amazing and My husband and I loved sitting out and looking over the water. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay again.

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

this was the most perfect Airbnb for us, and we will definitely be back ! The place is gorgeous, we walked in and instantly knew we made the right choice. Great vibes, awesome restaurants and felt private and cozy at the home. The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My Aunt and I stayed for 5 days for my nieces graduation! We walked to restaurants, and friends came over to go to the beach. The space was immaculate and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s more spacious than it looks. Coffee every morning on the patio with ocean views and sounds was a huge highlight! The host was so communicative. I forgot something at the unit, and they arranged for my niece to come pick it up with the cleaning staff. Highly recommend!!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Clean, convenient, private, quiet, comfortable. I was in town for a 3-day event near the main beach, but chose to stay in a calmer location away from the crowds. It was the right choice for me and my dog. I liked that the closest beach access was one without a parking lot, making it less crowded and that the unit has an assigned parking space. Just be aware that while the complex is a block from the beach, the unit is in the back of the complex. It's also upstairs at the back of the building, making it a short walk from the parking lot. Easily doable for me, but wouldn't want it to be a surprise for someone with less mobility. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
