House vacation rentals in Jacksonville

This house was a great fit for our family. Close to our friends and favorite locations. The house was very clean and felt like home away from home. Everything worked as it should without the need for instruction (including the TV). Neighborhood is excellent and cannot be matched for the price.

House was great! Kids loved the pool, plenty of area to have family visit and hang out. Enjoyed having the beach gear in the garage to use. Great area to get to the beach, run to the store etc. We loved our stay and will be back!

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

The house was beautiful. We had 10 people with us and had plenty of room.

We visited Jacksonville for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The pool, grill and sunroom were amazing and we spent most of our time watching tv out there until it was too hot. The home is an older home so if you are looking for high class and perfection this is not for you because the house has character. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the most important thing to me was the comfortable bed and we slept so well, which has been a problem in the past at other homes! We visited the pier at Jacksonville beach an went to the Riverside Arts Market that is held on Saturdays, which was my favorite part of the trip. It is under a major bridge by the water with live music and so many local vendors. Highly recommend if you like festival! Neither was far from the home. There were restaurants and grocery stores close to the house so we went to Starbucks, CVS, Publix and Longhorn while we were there. We also drove to a mall a city over that was not too far away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jenna’s place! Jenna was very responsive and made our stay well worth it. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

Svitlana was very nice. I love the place. She is very responsive! She is super sweet and very easy going. I have my opinions about some of the neighbors in the neighborhood but my overall stay I would say 8/10. Thank you for letting my family stay in your home. I would definitely book again just maybe one of her other properties in another location

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

The home was very clean and welcoming! Veronica was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill and fire pit. Not only did she immediately respond with detailed instructions, she followed up multiple times to see if they worked. When we let her know they didn’t she immediately had maintenance come fix the issue that was corrected in about 15/20 minutes. She continued to follow up with us to make sure the problem was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly things were handled. We would definitely book with Veronica again!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood with a screened-in pool, hammocks, and plenty of space! The kitchen had real pots and pans, the Roku TVs kept everyone entertained, and the host was super responsive. The main bathroom shower had the pressure of a pressure washer — exfoliating and terrifying — an adjustable head would be nice. TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t in a great spot, and the hot tub/jetted tub were MIA or just mysterious. Grill looked like it had seen one too many BBQs, and the outdoor trash bins were full when we arrived. Could use more spoons, an oven mitt, and small kitchen staples (foil, wrap, cooking spray, pizza pan). Despite the quirks, we had a great time and would definitely come back — next time with spoons and a helmet for the shower.

My stay at April’s property was thoroughly enjoyable. The space was exceptionally clean, the beds were remarkably comfortable, and the home was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook for my family. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and restful home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was modern and clean and we had great communication with Kristi. We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch watching nature. It was close to the beaches and we found great restaurants a couple of minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful and was spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bedroom was hot and felt like there was no air flow. The overhead light and fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book this place again.

This house had everything! W e watched the Koi fish, fine tuned our putting game, and enjoyed the wonderful screen porch while watching TV at night. Very clean and lots of extra amenities for the family+

Seriously great stay. House is comfortable and full of character! Andrew was super responsive and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to everything. Loved it!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at Cowford Cottage and both times were a great experience. We felt right at home and enjoyed the interior design and cute decorative additions. From the screened front porch for morning coffee to the quaint back yard...loved every minute of it. Having both front and back yards fenced in was an added bonus for our fur baby's as well as the kids! The office set up in the 3rd bedroom was also great for me allowing me to easily work when needed. It fit our needs perfectly both times and I am sure we will return!

This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***
