We were welcome with a pitcher of ice lemon water when. we arrived. the place was very clean and beautiful layout. we felt welcome. we enjoyed sitting g outside as well under the patio. loved the outdoor shower. It made it convenient to wash off and or shower before going into the home. yall were great hosts

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

We loved it!!! The place was pristinely clean and smelled like vanilla when we walked in. The shower is fully stocked with everything you need and they supplied plenty of linens. There is even a high pressure hose in the back for washing off sand before you enter. The location was very close to the beach within a few minutes walk and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat. Bed was comfy, streaming available with smart tv. There were even beach supplies such as chairs and towels. The washer and dryer were clean and worked great. I can’t say good enough things and I so look forward to my next visit here.

This home was very nice recently updated, it was very clean immaculate, it had everything you needed with additional amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all the cooking utensils needed, washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Bed was super comfortable. The rain shower was wonderful with great water pressure. The home was nicely decorated with just enough decorations. Beach chairs and umbrellas were supplied as well. Jackson was very responsive. Reached out to make sure everything was OK and answered questions within minutes. The home was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and a five minute drive to many shops and restaurants. Love the little patio it had to sit outside! Definitely recommend and if I get back to Jacksonville, I will look to book it again!

The house is beautiful! It’s in a great location as well! It could use a deep clean but was VERY nice! The beds were also very comfortable! I wish there was better communication though! Definitely would come back!!

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

We had a wonderful two week stay at Steve’s place. We came there for work at the fair and the location was perfect for us right down the road. The house is lovely and clean, with a little seating area outside for smokers. Will definitely return for next year.

If you’re booking a trip and this home is available GRAB IT don’t hesitate. This place is absolutely gorgeous the pics don’t do it justice and the house has a lot of items to replace if case you forgot I.e. body wash laundry soap beach towels beach chairs and even charcoal as well as cleaning supplies. I truly felt like it was my house I immediately walked into a welcome note and got right to relaxing and headed straight down the block to the beach. The jacuzzi is a must when staying here and the convenience of the hose to wash off the sand before entering. This Airbnb host is the ideal host for local and non local travelers if it’s just a getaway or a family gathering this place has so much to offer. the beds were amazing and the space wow so much space. The hot water is amazingly hot. The freedom to use what you want as long as you respect the items I would definitely book this house again and will always recommend it to friends and family. This host blew my standards out the water.

Rick and Mindi were truly some of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just comfort and quality. Check-in was super easy and stress-free, which made settling in a breeze. They’ve thought of everything; if you forgot something, chances are they already had it stocked. It’s easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We really appreciated their thoughtful local recommendations and how welcoming they made us feel—like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here, and I really hope it’s available the next time we’re in town!

This place is awesome. Alissa and her team are very responsive and great people. Alissa, stopped by and said hello, gave us restaurant recommendations, one of the best hosts we have had. I highly recommend this place. Super clean, 2 minutes from the beach. They have bikes at the house.

Jerry hosted our family at his beach cottage for over a month! The location is close to the beach. We felt right at home and the house had everything we needed! We will definitely book with Jerry again!
