Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and everything is nice nearby😊. Our 3-year-old daughter also loved it because there is a large playground next to the complex. We have enjoyed the island partly thanks to the accommodation!

Amazing place. We sat in the hottub at night with - 10 degrees while it was pitch black. A moment we will never forget. The place looked even better than on the pictures. We cooked at the place two nights, the oven is amazing and all the equipment is there. Linda responded very quick and was very nice. Thank you Linda!!

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and cosy. Everything was just right and the location was great for making trips to the most amazing places in Iceland. I only missed an information that the apartment is in the basement (which wasn't a problem for us), just to avoid any confusion after arrival.

This 2BR apartment is in a central location next to the Selfoss New Old Town with restaurants and across the street from the grocery store. The river is nearby as is the iconic Pylsuvagninn Icelandic hotdog stand… with reasonable prices and huge portions of fries. Telma was a responsive, friendly host.

Nice place to stay central to a few local attractions and places to eat. Check-in and communication was very easy.

We rented this beautifully renovated apartment near Selfoss with views of Hekla, Eyjafjallajökull, Vestmannaeyjar and up to the Knarrarósviti lighthouse for 12 nights. Easy to find, good parking, check-in via key box, detailed information from the landlord via AirBnB. Washer-dryer available in the kitchen. Very friendly red and white cat included in the rental. We felt very comfortable here. The only drawback: we couldn't find a broom or vacuum cleaner. We didn't test the hot tub.

Jóhanna’s place was everything and more! Unbeatable location: within a couple minute walk to the local coffee shop/bakery, bookstore, restaurants, and local sites. Walkable to the ferry as well. Parking right out front and a lot next door. Easy check in. Spacious, clean (aside from a little dust but I always wipe surfaces down anyways), and clean towels/linens. We felt right at home and would recommend this hands down. We truly didn’t want to leave and are so thankful to have had such a wonderful first stay in Iceland. Thank you Jóhanna, you have a gem of a place!

We had a great time in Ari’s property. Everything is perfect and fully equipped, it is a warm and beautiful place. We walked around and also feed horses, it was fun. We will definitely come again if we visit Iceland in the future.

Location was perfect for sightseeing near and far. The airbnb was very comfortable and warm with a well equipped kitchen. Trausti was a great host. I would highly recommend this place.

Our 4 night stay in Larus’ Lakefront Villa & nearby attractions of the Golden Circle were one of the highlights of our trip-we highly recommend! His home is spectacular in every way, including a hot tub, sauna, a large living room/gathering space w/well appointed kitchen. Directly on a lake, without others in close proximity, it’s ideal for those that want to experience the splendor of this part of Iceland more privately. As a host, Larus goes above & beyond! We had brought some equipment to fish the river 100 yards away, but not small enough tackle. When we emailed him asking location of a tackle shop, after returning from a daily activity, we were surprised & delighted to find 2 more rods & 2 new trays of tackle appropriate for the trout in the river; giving 4 of our group the chance to do some fishing in Iceland. Jon's place in Flúðir was a delightful surprise! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for exploring the stunning Icelandic countryside. The bathroom was a particular highlight, feeling more like a luxurious 5-star hotel than a vacation rental. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, making our stay truly hassle-free. Jon was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We wish this was our house! It was a stylish design which gave beautiful views of the Icelandic countryside and wildlife around. It had everything we needed for our family of 4, including supplying a highchair and cot for our younger son. Faxifoss wayerfall was a short walk away and places like Geysir and Gullfoss were a short drive from the cottage. The owners were always quick to respond to our queries and gave us a great recommendation of a local tomato restaurant where you can eat unlimited tomato soup and bread in a greenhouse. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Loved the apartment. Was very clean, organized, spacious and quiet. Anna was a great host. Most importantly we were able to see the northern lights from the balcony. We had an amazing time. Will definitely be back.

We had two pleasant nights in Helena's studio in a quiet place with a beautiful garden and chickens. We were particularly pleased with the private toilet and the possibility to use the washer and dryer. The studio was clean and comfortable. Helena was very friendly and helpful – when the Wi-Fi didn't work, she took care of a solution right away. The fresh eggs from her chickens were also a nice touch. Her dog was also incredibly sweet and cute. The only small negative point was the shared shower, which was not quite clean on our arrival. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was amazing, with more tools and utensils than we could ever use. It is about a 10 minute walk to the New Old Selfoss area, where most of the shopping that we used is located. Sindri was responsive to our requests and accommodating to our needs.

Gunnsi’s apartment was conveniently located in the adorable town of Selfoss close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was super clean! Lots of conveniences like outlets with USB ports by the bed! And hosts were quick to respond to messages! I was a little concerned when we first arrived because the upstairs neighbor had a dog that barked but we only heard it when we would come and go. We would definitely stay again!

Kolbrun's home is beautiful, with nice view and very spacious, we really appreciated being able to do laundry after many days travelling. The communication went smoothly and the house had everything we needed :)

Hronn was a very flexible host. The location was great and we had everything we needed.
