Mooi, ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan. Genoten van de mooie omgeving en alles is lekker in de buurt😊 . Onze dochter van 3 jaar vond het ook geweldig want er is een grote speelplaats naast het complex. Wij hebben genoten van het eiland mede dankzij de accommodatie!

Amazing place. We sat in the hottub at night with - 10 degrees while it was pitch black. A moment we will never forget. The place looked even better than on the pictures. We cooked at the place two nights, the oven is amazing and all the equipment is there. Linda responded very quick and was very nice. Thank you Linda!!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are great restaurants nearby. I would have liked to stayed longer!

Our family of four stayed for one night and had a great experience. The apartment is in a central spot for exploring the area, with an amazing food hall just steps away. The space was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We didn’t want for anything. We even did a load of laundry, which was a big help in keeping us clean and fresh on our travels. Communication with the host was clear and easy. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice place to stay central to a few local attractions and places to eat. Check-in and communication was very easy.

Wir hatten diese schön renovierte Wohnung nahe Selfoss mit Ausblick auf Hekla, Eyjafjallajökull, Vestmannaeyjar und bis zum Leuchtturm Knarrarósviti für 12 Nächte gemietet. Einfach zu finden, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Check-In per Schlüsselbox, ausführliche Infos durch den Vermieter über AirBnB. Waschtrockner in der Küche vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher rot-weißer Kater im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Wir konnten keinen Besen oder Staubsauger finden. Den Hot Tub haben wir nicht getestet.

Jóhanna’s place was everything and more! Unbeatable location: within a couple minute walk to the local coffee shop/bakery, bookstore, restaurants, and local sites. Walkable to the ferry as well. Parking right out front and a lot next door. Easy check in. Spacious, clean (aside from a little dust but I always wipe surfaces down anyways), and clean towels/linens. We felt right at home and would recommend this hands down. We truly didn’t want to leave and are so thankful to have had such a wonderful first stay in Iceland. Thank you Jóhanna, you have a gem of a place!

Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer is adembenemend. De villa is goed te bereiken en ligt op minder dan tien minuten rijden van Fludir, waar je boodschappen kunt doen en naar de secret lagoon kunt gaan. Perfecte locatie dus. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa!

We had a great time in Ari’s property. Everything is perfect and fully equipped, it is a warm and beautiful place. We walked around and also feed horses, it was fun. We will definitely come again if we visit Iceland in the future.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes , gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus . Sehr ruhige Lage und von hier aus ist der Golden Circle wunderbar entspannt zu erkunden . Es gibt in Selfoss sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trausti ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Our 4 night stay in Larus’ Lakefront Villa & nearby attractions of the Golden Circle were one of the highlights of our trip-we highly recommend! His home is spectacular in every way, including a hot tub, sauna, a large living room/gathering space w/well appointed kitchen. Directly on a lake, without others in close proximity, it’s ideal for those that want to experience the splendor of this part of Iceland more privately. As a host, Larus goes above & beyond! We had brought some equipment to fish the river 100 yards away, but not small enough tackle. When we emailed him asking location of a tackle shop, after returning from a daily activity, we were surprised & delighted to find 2 more rods & 2 new trays of tackle appropriate for the trout in the river; giving 4 of our group the chance to do some fishing in Iceland. Jon's place in Flúðir was a delightful surprise! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for exploring the stunning Icelandic countryside. The bathroom was a particular highlight, feeling more like a luxurious 5-star hotel than a vacation rental. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, making our stay truly hassle-free. Jon was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We wish this was our house! It was a stylish design which gave beautiful views of the Icelandic countryside and wildlife around. It had everything we needed for our family of 4, including supplying a highchair and cot for our younger son. Faxifoss wayerfall was a short walk away and places like Geysir and Gullfoss were a short drive from the cottage. The owners were always quick to respond to our queries and gave us a great recommendation of a local tomato restaurant where you can eat unlimited tomato soup and bread in a greenhouse. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great little apartment with a small kitchen, clothes washer, and shower. Close to everything in Heimay. We had a good stay here!

Loved the apartment. Was very clean, organized, spacious and quiet. Anna was a great host. Most importantly we were able to see the northern lights from the balcony. We had an amazing time. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time ! The room was nice and clean, with a wonderful view. On sunny days you can even see parts of Vestmanaeyjar while sipping your first coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was amazing, with more tools and utensils than we could ever use. It is about a 10 minute walk to the New Old Selfoss area, where most of the shopping that we used is located. Sindri was responsive to our requests and accommodating to our needs.

Gunnsi’s apartment was conveniently located in the adorable town of Selfoss close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was super clean! Lots of conveniences like outlets with USB ports by the bed! And hosts were quick to respond to messages! I was a little concerned when we first arrived because the upstairs neighbor had a dog that barked but we only heard it when we would come and go. We would definitely stay again!

Kolbrún haar appartement is zeer ruim en rustig gelegen. Wij verbleven er met onze 2 kinderen en zij konden leuk in de achtertuin spelen. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine en droogkast waren een pluspunt. Zeker met kinderen was dit uitermate handig. Vlotte communicatie, top ligging, superhost!

Merci pour ces deux nuits, logement pratique et bien situé, bien équipé y compris pour les enfants (notre fils de 6 ans était ravi de trouver les jeux)
