Beautiful traditional Icelandic house from 1912 located in quiet town- Garður, 200m to cost line, 15 min from Keflavik International Airport. Prefect get away. Video tour is available on social media page- Luk House. The 100m² house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, accessed via a steep staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a crib and air mattress can be added.

No public transport. Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊
