Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Iceland

Amazing location, very convenient to all the main locations and downtown Reykjavik. Very cute, well designed home, had all the amenities needed (beds were super comfortable and location was quiet). Perfect amount of space for two friends traveling together. Would definitely stay again. Host was responsive and super helpful. Can’t say enough nice things!

Lloyd and Raggi’s apartment is a gem! Fully equipped, quiet street, comfy bed, secure and beautiful neighborhood. It was a short walk to central Reykjavik shopping, restaurants and historic sites. This property is great for a couple. Note that there are some stairs to from the street door to the apartment door. We highly recommend this property for staying in Reykjavik.

Unbeatable location! 5 min to bus stop 1 which is a key bus pick up location for all trips and tours-- including the airport for back home. Extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds too. Would recommend and stay again!

Linda and Gabriel were very responsive and friendly, and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby... Their big teddy bear of a dog was very sweet! Didn't want me to go into the studio while petting him! However, if you don't like large, friendly dogs, you might want to be sure he's inside the house when you arrive... The location was perfect for what we needed--a place to stay before heading to the airport the next morning... The studio is what I would call funky fun--unique and kinda cool... Bed was comfortable... We had two bugaboos... Couldn't quite figure out the lock on the door (why not just a simple, regular slide bolt that locks and unlocks with a key?)... And, we were wanting to do some laundry after 9 days in Iceland before going on to our next destination, and we couldn't get the dryer to fully dry our clothes... As others noted, the shower is tiny, but functional... All in all, a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport...

If you are looking for a relaxed stay in an apartment with a really pretty view on the mountains, look no further. All amenities are really clean and everything you could need is there.

Jon was a great host! Really helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We were just 2-3 blocks from great restaurants, bars and shopping.

Nice place to stay central to a few local attractions and places to eat. Check-in and communication was very easy.

We stayed four nights and did day trips from the house. It was a great starting point for the northern Golden Circle. The house is lovely and as pictured. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meals at home. Loved the views and the hotpot. We would love to return!

Amazing place to stay

We stayed at Linda’s place on our road trip around Iceland and it was by far the best place to stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is surround by meadows with a river running close by. The house itself was very well furnished with almost everything that you need included at the property. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our 4 night stay in Larus’ Lakefront Villa & nearby attractions of the Golden Circle were one of the highlights of our trip-we highly recommend! His home is spectacular in every way, including a hot tub, sauna, a large living room/gathering space w/well appointed kitchen. Directly on a lake, without others in close proximity, it’s ideal for those that want to experience the splendor of this part of Iceland more privately. As a host, Larus goes above & beyond! We had brought some equipment to fish the river 100 yards away, but not small enough tackle. When we emailed him asking location of a tackle shop, after returning from a daily activity, we were surprised & delighted to find 2 more rods & 2 new trays of tackle appropriate for the trout in the river; giving 4 of our group the chance to do some fishing in Iceland. Beautiful home in surreal surroundings. Wonderful location close to a small town and multiple attractions. Clean spacious house with a very well stocked kitchen. Everything as described in the listing. Finally, amazing host. Sweet and responsive ! Won’t think twice to go back and stay when in Iceland next time.

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Kids had so much toys and my son wanted a fishing pole so Anna Maria contacted a neighbor and we had one a few minutes later. The views from and around the house are the prettiest in all of Iceland. We walked outside for hours because it was so beautiful!

Ingibjorn was a wonderful, caring host, that spent quality time with us, tour us through the Barnes to meet all the baby cows and animals, and made us really feel at home. It is a little challenging to get to the location, but you will be so glad you did. It is so peaceful out here in the country on this farm, the animals and horses are lovely, gorgeous view over the valley and the river channels is breathtaking. The home was very clean, with beautiful hardwood floors, and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Five stars. Thank you so much for everything Ingibjorn! Great location and clean place. I would stay there again

Stayed in Iceland for a week and was a great place to stay! Host was very responsive, and helpful when needed. He provided very helpful instructions and recommendations for the stay. The place was clean and as described! The location was close to the city and many destinations while still being in a peaceful quieter part of town. Would stay here again if I was to travel here again!

This was a very nice stay. The place looked like the photos, and was in a downtown central location. I did not realize the door locked automatically after closing, and we ended up locked out. However, the host promptly answered and sent someone over to give us another key. Overall, place was nice!

Couldn’t recommend a stay at Pétur’s place more! Apartment was spacious and very clean. Outdoor space was lovely as well.

The flat was lovely, amazing view, and perfectly situated close to everything. Linda was a good host, met us on our schedule and was very welcoming!

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

We enjoyed this stay. The condo was clean and bright. It would have been nice to know where to parks ahead of time. That I information was provided once we were inside. The bedroom is a bit brighter than most of the other places we stayed. Bring a mask if it bothers you. FYI. Just beware the condo has a zero cancellation policy 24 hours after you book.

If Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons ever designed, furnished and located an apartment, then this is it. Great for family, market place next door should you need it, fantastic (top end) restaurants all around, coffee shops…and everything in short walking distance. It was so well kept and clean, felt like a high end resort. Really cool place and host who clearly cared about his guests’ experience. Reachable, proactive when needed, yet respectful of privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, or any other of his locations, he truly is a class act super host. Highly recommended.
