Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cancún

Gianmarco’s place is absolutely PERFECT! Don’t waste your money on all inclusive. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. You literally step off of your private porch to the sand and ocean! Gianmarco is very responsive and helpful. Just ask and he will arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Great stay in Punta Sur. Loved the location, nice to come back to a quiet spot after beach club days or roaming Playa Norte. The house was perfect. Wonderful space for two couples. Plenty of space and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine came in very handy. We got good use of the infinity pool. Such beautiful views. And great restaurants close by. This place was really perfect and the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

The place is very nice, it has plenty of space to park outside, we rented a car and had no problems; the pool is small but for one to two people it is excellent. I highly recommend it. It has access to different nearby stores.

Excellent apartment, ☺️ everything you need to feel at home, everything is close to squares, beautiful beaches and the security of the place. I loved it, of course I would return😃.

He was always available, answered all questions, answered at any time and took the initiative to ask if we needed anything. 100% recommended.

Carlos was very responsive and helpful with our stay. From meeting us 2 hours late due our plane being delayed, to letting us check out late because our flight was in the afternoon, Carlos was very accommodating. The property and views are everything a first time visit to Cancun are supposed to be, they draw you in and just make you want to keep coming back.

Excellent communication and treatment from Eva, the accommodation meets expectations, access is comfortable and practical, the area is good and the best thing is the value for money.

Everything was excellent!! The check-in instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the area is very quiet and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on route 1 or by Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt right at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and you can certainly feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Don't hesitate to book it, believe me, it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

I thank Jorge and Joaquin for their attention, at all times they were very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay, we were very happy. The apartment has a great location and is very nice. The only downside was that one day the main pool was under renovation. We hope to be back soon.

We really had a lovely stay at Yadira & Spencer's. Spacious, quiet condo, super close to the beach, pool was perfect. Highly recommend for those who prefer a quiet, secure environment in Cancun. Nicki was very welcoming and informative as well!

The location can’t be beat. Beautiful surroundings, with a mall right behind it (Plaza Kukulkan) that has a supermarket and banks. Everyone in the building’s security is very nice and accommodating. Gisela is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay again here with my family!

This villa was a perfect solution for our group. We were having some meetings for which the living room and TV was super practical. We hired the Toast Group Chefs as recommended by the host and they did a fantastic job keeping our team fuelled. Consider checking out their website for more details! The private pool and outdoor area was great. The only downside is the distance to the beach, which is doable by foot, but a bit more of a mission. Would book again. :)

We absolutely loved this spot and overall had the most enjoyable and memorable trip to Cancun Mexico ever. The unit was clean and just perfect space for two. The views were the best I have ever experienced in Mexico. The accompany hotel amenities were also nice (just please note that you will need to pay additional $95 daily fee per person to use any of the food amenities, including pool bar). The property staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. We will probably make this a destination stop when visiting Cancun moving forward.
