Vitzdorf is a typical little Fehmeran village near castle. The apartment, which we have occupied, is located in the farmhouse of an old courtyard. The entire courtyard ensemble is wonderfully maintained. Our apartment was very clean and spacious, there was nothing lacking in the equipment, even the beds were made and towels were provided. And it was quiet - it was only occasionally the partying fowls and faucets, which populate the garden and the adjacent fields together with the rabbits and the dam deer... Annelie and Carsten are very nice and accommodating hosts and we enjoyed our stay with you very much. We are more than happy to recommend!

The apartment was very cozy and very clean which immediately gave a feeling of home. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need every day. Both for an evening with candlelight on the couch or matching glasses for a sparkling Aperol on the great roof terrace, everything was thought of, even the little things that make a great vacation. The apartment is located in a small village in a private quiet atmosphere and yet central to reach various destinations. We were on Sylt and Amrum. The train station and harbor are minutes away. By car, we went to St. Peter Ording, Husum Büsum, to the North Beach as well as to Denmark. Also worth mentioning is Gunnar, a very nice and helpful host who always keeps an eye on the well-being of the guests. He was there with great tips for questions. Great communication, thank you for everything👍 I can only recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay for few people, beautiful area :)

We had the most beautiful summer weekend in Birte's cottage. Small but powerful! You have everything you need, wonderful outdoor areas with barbecue area, sun loungers, hammock and fire bowl. And a great view from the shower :-) Everything is very lovingly decorated, you feel right at home. The area is also super nice and in the nearby village center there is even a small supermarket. Always happy to come back!

Everything was perfect, it was exactly as described and actually even nicer because the pictures do not indicate this oasis that this place is with the small forest. Sun all day, filtered through old deciduous trees, evening sun under blooming fruit trees and a kind of terrace from which you can watch the rain. The bed and couch were very comfortable, the kitchen with the large glass front was wonderful, the bathroom huge and everything very clean. Overall, you have lots of space. The location is also great, you can wander further into the distance, but also start great bike tours from the yard (Rita has maps). Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is really well equipped and was very clean. The location on the harbor and the short walk to the beach also convinced us. How we felt right at home and will also be happy to come back

There were six of us for a quiet weekend in Mona's apartment. It was the perfect place to stay! We felt very comfortable. The large living and dining room with the open kitchen was just great and generally it was very cozy. The bikes were super practical, so we could cycle to the beach and explore nature :). We will be happy to come back.

A great cottage with a beautiful conservatory and views over the gardens (yes: "over" - it is on the mountain. Easy to reach by e-bike ;) ) Wonderfully quiet in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. Super equipped. Our 3 days were far too few, because this is a great starting point for many bike tours.

We were only there for one night, but felt right at home. It's exactly as described. Cozy, well furnished and centrally but quietly located. Within 10 minutes you will be by the sea. The exchange with Manja was very good. Fast, friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back again. Then for a few more nights.

We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. In the garden you can chill very well. Merten is a very open and friendly host. He is very easy to reach and is very helpful with all questions. The surrounding area is very quiet. The bus takes you to Flensburg in 40 minutes. Bus doesn't run that often. Therefore, you should pay attention to the timetable if you do not have a car with you. We got along quite well without a car. If someone is looking for peace, then you will definitely find it in this place.

The vacation home is one of the nicest places I've visited on my travels. It is beautiful and spacious. If you want to come down for a few days in Wendland, the vacation home is perfect, as you feel right at home and surrounded by nature. You can explore the area wonderfully on foot and by bike anyway. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Since we traveled with a baby, it was very convenient that a travel cot and high chair were available. We enjoyed the location of the apartment very much. We were able to reach everything on foot. We also particularly liked that a beach chair belongs to the apartment. The communication with Christopher was impeccable. He responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had wonderful three days with Merle and Timm. The apartment Edith is very nice, nice large bathroom, lots of wood and very clean. The view of the beautiful garden is also great. Our kids loved playing in the garden and were even allowed to feed the two rabbits! Perfect for a nice getaway in the countryside, we will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Great family friendly place to stay. A peaceful place. its very close to hiking trails if you want to go hiking.

They were beautiful, quiet & relaxing days in this apartment. The view of the river from above was awesome, there was always something to watch from beautiful sunrises to ship lanterns that "hovered" through the night. The apartment is as described & shown, the surroundings have some beautiful views to offer as well as the small place, all within walking distance. Excursions to Bremen, Bremerhaven & Oldenburg are very doable. Thanks for this lovely break. In the late winter! With best regards, Claudia

Communication with Christian was super straightforward and helpful. He was always available and proactively gave us tips. The apartment was great overall. Only criticism would be: the TV in the kitchen is great, but for a cozy evening one in the bedroom would have been great. Otherwise very nice and well equipped! The location is okay - neither in the center nor on the beach. But still nice. If you want to have a few quiet days to yourself, this is a good place to stay. We'd love to stay here again!

Our short break in the Südheide was beautiful! The apartment is extremely comfortable and stylishly furnished - you feel at home from the first moment! Everything you need is there, in every room there are windows with good fly screens, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable... We were particularly impressed by the fantastic garden: a true oasis! The many small details, the beautiful flowers and mighty trees make it a dream, and the pretty chickens. The bicycles offered, which you were simply allowed to use, were also very practical. Thank you so much for the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back, Helga and Wolfgang

We stayed with our little daughter for a week at the beautiful farm with the Stobbe family. It was just beautiful and totally familiar. There is so much for the children to discover and play with. Shopping facilities are less than a minute away from the farm and also super easy to reach on foot. The location is really great. The hosts are incredibly friendly and super helpful. The accommodation is as described, everything you need is available. A large parking lot right in front of the apartment is also available. Even a grill was provided to us. So we are very satisfied and would always come back!

The apartment was very nice – a successful mix of rustic charm and modern accents. The kitchen was fully equipped, nothing was missing. The Catharienen Hof offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful garden – ideal for switching off. Maria was always available, very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable and not very fast. A supermarket is nearby, but a car is recommended to be flexible. If we were to take another vacation on the North Sea, we would love to stay with Maria again at any time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The apartment is cozily furnished and has everything you need and the garden is great. A green oasis to relax for the big ones and with play opportunities for the little ones - plus free-range animals. Steff and Felix personally welcomed us and showed us around and also said goodbye again. A successful stay.
