Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Moin, und herzlich willkommen! Unsere Kajüte, ein stilvolles und modern eingerichtetes 2-Zimmer-Appartment. Bett und Sofa wurden erneuert! Eine sehr warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre strahlt die komplett frisch und vollrenovierte und neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung aus, die vor neuem Glanz nur so strotzt. Ebenso brilliert die Wohnung mit einer sehr gemütlichen und ruhigen überdachten Terrasse (wunderbar geschützt durch Begrünung) die zu jeder Uhrzeit einen gewissen Flair bietet.

Helle gemütliche Wohnung . Schlafraum und Badezimmer sowie ein Fenster in WZ mit Insektenschutzfenster ausgestattet. Im Eingangsbereich neben der Küche befindet sich eine Essecke. Garderobe mit Spiegel vorhanden. Achtung! Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner freizugänglicher Teich. Bitte darauf achten, falls Kinder auf dem Hof spielen. Hinter Haus ist eine überdachte Terasse ,in der warmen Jahreszeit mit Gartenmöbel ausgestattet. Kann gerne genutzt werden.
