It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Dating from the 1500's All Saints Cottage is located beside the River Stour in the heart of the City, just 500m from Canterbury Cathedral. It has a small, tranquil private courtyard directly overlooking the river as it meanders through the City. Due to its steep, winding stairs and riverside location All Saints Cottage is not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility issues.
