The Old Town Annexe is a 12 minute stroll to the Historic Hastings Old Town and is on the cusp of the beautiful Hastings Country Park with it's wonderful walks and breathtaking views. The Annexe is self contained and benefits from off road parking, accessed via a pathway, and its own outdoor area with bistro table and seating. Internally there is a private bathroom with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities, milk and breakfast cereals, fridge, double bedroom and a sofa bed.

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.
