Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hastings District

A lovely, spacious house in a great location. Wendy was super friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. Diets and their dog Daphne made me and partner feel very at home and well accomadated, and the place itself was amazing ! Most definitely worth the price, we loved every second of our stay and reccomend to anyone in the area.

The top floor bedroom in this property is just the most wonderful space it has ever been my pleasure to wake up in!! The house is so light and sunny with a glorious view of all the greeenery that is the beginning of the dunes. The property was very well equipped and the beds and bedding were so comfy, so much so that the friend I went with has ordered one of the beds as she said she hadn’t slept so well in years! Camber Sands and the dunes are absolutely stunning, such an amazing facility right on the doorstep. All in all, a really great stay and I will definitely be back - thanks Fran .

We had a truly wonderful stay. The Annexe was perfect. Spotlessly clean and Nikki & Colin were very welcoming. They couldn’t have done more. Nikki is a super host plus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return in the near future. Thanks so much.

This is a very nice cute old cottage. If you expect that, and not Four Seasons - you'll love it. It's very livable and enjoyable. The fireplace that Sara prepared for us was such a nice touch. Sara's communication has been superb - I'm sure we'll come back to her place!

Perfect location for our needs. Homely welcome of fresh home made bread, with butter and milk....and treats for our dog.. Really well maintained and furnished to high standard. Clean, well appointed and good size rooms throughout. Easy parking. Welcoming hosts

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt and uncle who stayed in Alex's bnb when I was getting married last weekend. They were delighted with the accommodation, it was lovely clean and cozy and filled with treats! Alex herself was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for them during their stay. They wanted me to send their big thanks for making this exciting weekend extra special! I also wanted to say that Alex was really great with communication and directions provided perfect details of where to go and always made herself available. Had a very enjoyable stay . Very good location for the sea, the town ,and cliff walks to Seven Sisters all within easy reach. Place was spotess , all amenities provided. Lovely well equipped kitchen and very attractive shower room . Comfortable bed . In addition Steven Yvonne had left an assortment of milk and breakfast cereals eggs and bread for us enough for the week. Would stay again.

A lovely spacious and luxurious flat within a beautiful house, 15 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities, friendly and helpful owners. Great value! Highly recommended 😊

We had a lovely stay at Gemma's place. We wanted somewhere where we could relax and feel comfortable and this was perfect. The view from the balcony (when it wasn't raining) was beautiful and we can imagine on warm summery evenings it would be great. There was plenty of parking on the road (using the Ringo app), shops nearby and it was a peaceful area. We would stay here again.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We had a great stay in St Leonard’s at the design house! Great location for exploring the area, and a unique place to stay with great art everywhere you turn! Thanks Marsha for sharing your amazing home!

Fabulous place with a wonderful host, we will definitely return. Barbara was brilliant host and we loved our stay, the little extra bits like tea and coffee were really helpful as we arrived later in the day. We will definitely be returning and will stay longer next time.

Absolutely perfect ! Vivian was so great at getting in touch, very responsive to messages and very helpful with directions and information. She kindly offered us a slightly earlier check in for a quick outfit change for a wedding we added at Westenhanger castle, Vivian even said she would take us her in her car to the venue which we were so grateful for. She went above and beyond for us. Very much appreciated. The room was clean, it was pleasant enough for my sister and I to stay. We were greeted with a smile and lovely manor, we felt right at home. We would definitely book with Vivian again for any other wedding we have that way. Food in the morning was beautiful, scrambled egg on toast, we had fruit and pasties, also fresh orange and a range of coffee and tea all in our room. Amazing!!!. Clean, friendly, peaceful, and happy to have stayed! Many thanks to Vivian. X

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

I would say this is one of my favorite places in the UK, truly a hidden gem!! No one would ever regret coming here. Carol and Clive are very helpful and caring. They have a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood with a huge, beautiful garden. You can spot sheep every day, and they take good care of every plant and even prepare food for the birds. They also leave a bowl of water outside for passing dogs, so sweet! The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The whole village of Lamberhurst is filled with birdsong, and every corner is peaceful and charming. I loved all the restaurants I visited, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thanks a mill for everything :)

Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.

Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!

Jo’s cottage is perfect in every way, so well laid out and excellent amenities. I cannot fault it. Jo has thought of everything and is a very generous host, providing treats and amongst other things, eggs juice bread and butter. Upon entering through a side gate it’s like stepping into a fairy land, a private and beautiful garden and a cottage to relax and unwind in. So well positioned to visit numerous attractions and beaches. The swing seat is a wonderful addition, on a summers day and well into the evening during and after spectacular sunsets it’s a great place to unwind and take in a a gorgeous view. ‘Badger Cam’ is a must! We saw them all the nights we were there along with a fox and this is a great way to watch them uninterrupted. I would highly recommend Jo as a host and her beautiful cottage you won’t be disappointed. We hope to return soon . Thank you Jo
