The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Great local pubs, lovely villages, beautiful beaches and lots to do and see. TV, WiFi, Alexa and parking. Dogs are very welcome.

Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. The seafront is just a 15 minute walk away and St Leonard's offers a wide range of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants as well as The Kino cinema. Hastings pier and Old Town are all within walking distance.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
