Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The newly built space, 2015/16 offers working/living lofts and we have recently converted ours into a living space, fully furnished inWinter 2018 / 19.

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

The basement apartment, which is separated from our own apartment, has two rooms, a well-equipped new kitchen, shower room, toilet and small corner bathtub in one of the rooms, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Our quiet street is set at the edge of the Schanzenviertel with good transport links. The apartment has its own covered entrance from the courtyard. Smoking is also possible there.
