Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
