Der Bungalow liegt im Osten der Stadt, direkt neben einem Kleingartenverein. Der Charakter des Grundstücks ist dementsprechend grün und naturbelassen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Öjendorfer Park mit See. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.
