Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly neighborhood with playgrounds.

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.
