There is a large living room with dining and working area, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bathtub. The open, almost loft-like cut, the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a lot of light. This makes the old building look very modern.

The former washhouse was built in 1870 and completely renovated in 2014. It has a total of 22 sqm of living space over 2 floors and offers a fantastic view of the Elbe. It can accommodate 2 people overnight. However, due to the very steep staircase, the house is not suitable for babies and children under 5 years old. The non-smoking accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.
