Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The refuge, central Altona old town, self check-in

The retreat is located next to the Altona-Altstadt pedestrian zone in the gray house with the blue door between "Klippkroog" and a SHISHA BAR! They are sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, and the city center can be reached in 12 minutes by S-Bahn. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. No kitchen! The apartment is located in converted commercial premises. Housing protection number 23-0034073-24

The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the open-plan living, working, and dining area with its own tea and coffee station invites you to unwind and spend time there. On the generous terrace with seating area, you can relax beautifully. A fully equipped kitchen is available for use if needed.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.
