Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The spacious apartment is in the immediate vicinity to Blankeneser Marktplatz (5-minute walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train]) opposite the Goßler Park. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa on the ground floor and was renovated in 2019 and modernly furnished. Here on site we have a beautiful environment with lots of nature and a charming village center. The Elbe with its fantastic beach is also just a stone's throw away and absolutely recommended!!
