The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

Whether you want to spend your holiday just by yourselves or fancy surfing sessions or bike rides at sunset together is up to you.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
