The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

Welcome to my apartment in Lütjenbrode, a district of Großenbrode am Fehmarnsund. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the apartment is located on a natural plot in the fields. Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. In addition to a cozy balcony overlooking the beach promenade, the pier and the sea, the spacious 3-room apartment also offers its own sauna as well as a Playstation 5 for uncomfortable days.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Welcome to Mittelhof! Our apartment is about 80 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful farmhouse. Our farm is located between Großenbrode and Heiligenhafen, both within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
