Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
