Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. My place is close to Heiligenhafen. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the sea, just 30 meters from the beach, but also because of the separate kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The relatively high daily rate for my place is due to from Airbnb's new pricing structure, which added their 15.5% service fee to the daily rate.
