Welcome to my apartment in Lütjenbrode, a district of Großenbrode am Fehmarnsund. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the apartment is located on a natural plot in the fields. Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. Spacious ground-floor apartment in a quiet location in Großenbrode – ideal for relaxation or business stays. Over approximately 126 m² (1,358 sq. ft.), you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area with a fireplace, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. A conservatory and terrace with a garden and beach chair provide additional space for relaxing. Plenty of space, a pleasant atmosphere, and convenient access – perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Are you looking for something special? We have created something unique in the former lighthouse keeper's house. The house, newly built with a lot of love and covered with thatch, is located directly by the sea and the active lighthouse of Heiligenhafen. Whether you come in summer for swimming, reading, fishing, kiting, paddling or just doing nothing, or in winter for walking or relaxing - a break on the sun deck of the Baltic Sea always fits.

Dear guests, our houseboat Sealoft offers space and optimal comfort for up to max. 6 vacationers and is equipped with two terraces, as well as a roof terrace. The boat includes: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bunk bed. Sofa bed for two in the living room. A shower room, as well as a separate toilet. A kitchen with all that's needed. Oversized window fronts, bright ambiance. Feel like you're right on the water. TV, DVD, Wi-Fi.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. 1.5 rooms with sofa bed in the living room and double bed in the bedroom Baltic Sea view from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Kitchen with dishwasher is also in the apartment. Sauna for a fee (€1 for 15 min.) Washing machine and dryer available in the house. Bed linens and towels can be brought or booked separately for €20 per person. No pets allowed.

Welcome to Mittelhof! Our apartment is about 80 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful farmhouse. Our farm is located between Großenbrode and Heiligenhafen, both within walking distance. Sunsets can be enjoyed on the private 35 m² terrace or on the beach via the private path. Großenbrode & Heiligenhafen offer beautiful sandy beaches and great culinary offers. Your family, the Höpers
