This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

This water villa is situated at the beginning of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam . Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. My houseboat is situated on one of the most beautiful spots in Amsterdam. It's got a big open garden, that borders on some wild woods and opposite the wide canal (in which you can swim) is a forest. I love my home, it has everything you need and it's very quiet. It's like living in the country, a 20 minute walk along woods and water takes you to the next village on a lake. And a 15 minute bike-ride takes you to the ferry opposite the CS and one of the most beautiful towns in the world!

Familyhouse Amsterdam near centre with lakeview

You can find our very nice familyhome in one of the most beautiful areas of Amsterdam. In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.
