Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

This was the perfect spot for my week of classes at SUNY Delhi! It was a five minute drive to campus and a walkable distance to the restaurants and spots in town. The space was clean and quiet.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

We had such a wonderful stay at this location just outside of Cooperstown! The space was cozy, clean, and well decorated—perfect for relaxing after long days of watching baseball . The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 4 min drive All Star Village and to other Cooperstown attractions, including the Hall of Fame. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely come back!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Jeremy was able to confirm my booking at the last minute when our original accommodation plans fell through. The verification and check in process was very easy and the place was clean. We had a great time! My 5 year old twins really enjoyed watching the trains, and the comfy recliner couch. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the washer and dryer because it was rainy and muddy, so we needed it more than I expected. The ice cream place next door was a great bonus! I was excited that they had food too. I would definitely recommend this space.

Salvatore’s place was everything as described and more. Attention to detail, thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and very welcoming from the time we got there. I slept like a baby! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 10 minutes away from a few different towns, so we had everything we needed! Delhi and Hamden both had great restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Beautiful property in the best location in Catskills region. Whoever did interior design deserves an award. Definitely recommend and would come back again myself!

Lady Viola is a super charming Victorian home. We were very pleased with our stay. The home was clean, spacious and accurately described. The window AC in the bedrooms was a pleasant surprise as the weather was much warmer than expected. The location is super as you can walk to anything downtown. While the landscaping is a bit grown up the yard is very spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host is very responsive. Great short stay for business. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Very nice place, 2 living rooms, so our granddaughter had one TV and my husband had the other one! We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Will definitely book place again.
