The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

You will stay here in a beautiful two-room apartment on the 2nd floor with a stunning sun terrace. Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.
